Throughout our operating season, the M/S Mount Washington offers a variety of events and activities that appeal to a variety of ages and tastes. Not only is the ship an interesting and fun venue, but we can host groups of all sizes and ages.
Birthdays
Hosting a birthday celebration on the M/S Mount Washington is perfect for all ages, and planning an event is a snap. If your guest of honor is under age 12, consider Family Fun Day, hosted on Fridays from 10:00 A.M. to 3:15 P.M. The cost is just $12 per child, and food is available onboard the ship. For our adolescent and teenage parties, you may host your gathering in a private room with a pizza party and disk jockey. For the 21 and older birthday guest, consider the Sunday Jazz Champagne Brunch Cruise, or a Dinner Dance Cruise. Both cruises include a buffet and live entertainment.
Anniversaries
Celebrating your special anniversary aboard the "grand lady of the lake" makes for a unique experience and memories that will last a lifetime. Host your celebration during a 2.5 hour cruise in a private room with a complete dinner buffet, customized cake, appetizers, and champagne toast. Contact our experienced function consultants for specific details. Your celebration can be as casual as you like such as an Island Luau or as formal as a President's Inauguration.
Reunions
Family Reunion Cruises.Get "the whole clan" together for a cruise. Choose from a variety of theme cruises and vessels for the perfect family reunion. On Fridays the Mount Washington hosts Family Fun Day, offering activities and entertainment for the younger members of your group while the adults make up for lost time. Or, experience the elegance of the Sunday Jazz Champagne Brunch, featuring a spectacular brunch buffet and live jazz music. If you'd like to host your family event in the evenings, consider Family Party Night - a two hour cruise with dinner, live entertainment on two decks, and plenty of activities for the children. Of course, private vessels are also available for charter for "just the family."
Class Reunion Cruises. Class reunions are so easy to plan, you'll want to have them every year. Consider a theme night on the M/S Mount Washington, where many of our events are based around music from a particular artist or era. With events such as "50's Sock Hop," "70's Disco Fever," and "80's Wave," make your reunion a true blast from the past.
