Purchasing Tickets

Tickets to all evening cruise go on sale in late winter, and will remain on sale until a cruise sells out or departs, whichever comes first. It's not always easy for us to predict when an individual cruise will sell out, so we recommend purchasing tickets as soon as you know you're able to attend. Evening cruise tickets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for credit toward another cruise with 48 hour notice.

We recommend that whenever possible, all tickets in your party are ordered within the same transaction. This is especially important if your total number of passengers is 5 or more. Why? Most tables on the ship are tables of four, and it can sometimes be challenging to find tables next to each other as the boarding process progresses. As a courtesy, we will reserve tables next to each other for parties of 5 or more.

All tickets are held at our ticket office until you arrive for the cruise. We do not mail out tickets.

Arriving for your cruise.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. This will give you plenty of time to park, pick up your tickets, and board the ship. Note that the published boarding time for all cruises is 30 minutes prior, however for very popular cruises we often board as soon as the ship is ready, which may be earlier.

All evening cruises depart from Weirs Beach, where there is ample metered parking as well as parking lots. If planning to park at a meter, there's a few things you need to know.

There are two types of parking meters at Weirs Beach. From the Weirs Beach sign all the way to our ticket office at the center of the boardwalk, there are meters that can be filled for up to 5 hours. These are the meters you should use. Any other meters at Weirs Beach can only be filled for 2 hours, and will expire before you return from your cruise.

We recommend feeding the meter for at least 4 hours, which will also account for time before and after the cruise.

Picking up your tickets

All tickets must be picked up from our Ticket Office prior to boarding the ship. The Ticket Office is located in the building at the top of the ramp that leads to the ship. Note that on busy nights, more than one window may be open for your convenience.

To pick up your tickets, you will need your order number and ID. We can also look up your order by last name. Only the individual listed on the order will be able to pick them up, and they cannot be released to any other party. If you are not attending the cruise or have purchased the tickets for someone else, you must contact our Ticket Office so we can take note of the individual who will pick up the tickets.

Boarding the Ship

Once you've received your tickets, walk down the ramp to the ship and present your tickets at the gangway.

After boarding, it's time to find a table. Most seating is general admission, and you can select any open table. There are, however, two exceptions:

• There is someone with mobility concerns in your party, and you have already notified our Ticket Office

• You are traveling in a party of 5 or more, and all tickets were purchased within the same transaction

If either of the above scenarios apply to you, we have already set aside seats for your party. Please check in with our deck crew so they can bring you to your seats.

Dinner & Bar Service

All buffet lines and bars will be open when you board the ship. Buffets will remain open until an hour after departure, and bars will remain open until about 15 minutes before the end of the cruise.
