Aboard the M/V Sophie C. 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM from Weirs Beach
About This Cruise
Catch a glimpse of lake life that can't be seen from the M/S Mount Washington. The U.S. Mailboat navigates smaller channels and waterways to provide postal service to the island residents of Lake Winnipesaukee. On each trip she'll visit a number of different islands, and the Skipper will point out areas of interest along the way.
Boarding Time: 10:45 AM Cruise Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Departure Port: Weirs Beach
The M/V Sophie C. offers two types of seating:
Outdoors - Passengers will be seated on one of vessels outdoor locations. These seats are positioned in rows. Please note that there is no awning or shade in these seats, and passengers should prepare accordingly.
Indoors - Passengers will be seated on our all-weather deck, next to a window. These seats are located at tables, allowing for easier conversation between guests within your party.
As we are unable to predict weather weeks before a cruise, please note that only a limited number of seats are available for advance purchase. Additional seats may be available for sale in the days or hours before a cruise, provided that weather conditions are favorable.
In the event of poor weather, we reserve the right to move passengers to an indoor seat regardless of their location preference.
