Does my ticket include food and drinks?

With the exception of the Haunted Winnipesaukee Cruise (which includes dessert) food and beverage is not included with any ticket, but is available on board for purchase.

What is the refund and exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable, except in the following instances:

  • Mariner's Club VIP Tickets – Customers who purchase Mariner's Club VIP tickets are eligible for a complete refund at any time prior to the cruise, for any reason.
  • Mechanical Failure – In the event that a cruise cannot take place due to a mechanical issue with the vessel, you will be given the option to rebook to a similar cruise or to receive a refund.
  • Low Ridership – There are rare instances where there are not enough passengers to make a cruise feasible. In this case, you will be offered an alternative cruise, alternative vessel, or a refund.
  • Acts of God – Though rare, a cruise may be canceled due to extreme weather or other state of emergency. In this case, you will be offered an alternative cruise or a refund. Please note that cruises do take place rain or shine and basic rain and wind do not qualify. Personal sickness (including COVID-19 infection), car accidents and traffic are not considered Acts of God, and will not be accepted as justification for a refund.

Are dogs permitted on board?

Only specially-trained service dogs are permitted. Service animals must be trained to perform a specific task for an individual with a disability. Emotional support animals are not permitted nor protected under ADA.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

In order to ensure efficient boarding for all passengers, we do not have the ability to screen coolers, backpacks, and food containers. Outside food and beverage are not permitted on our vessels. During the security screening process, passengers with food and drinks will be asked to dispose of these items or to return them to their vehicle prior to boarding the vessel.
