Refund policy

• All cruises are rain or shine.
• Cruise tickets are non-refundable, however they may be exchanged for credit toward another cruise with 48 hours advance notice. Ticket exchanges are subject to all applicable service fees.
• Unused tickets on the day of a cruise are eligible for a credit of 50% of ticket price toward a future cruise.
• Mount Washington Cruises is not responsible for passengers missing the boat due to an act of God, transportation difficulties, personal sickness or other personal emergencies.
